    If you study the presentation "http://www.asx.com.au/asxpdf/20090219/pdf/31g4v6wrqytpxr.pdf" on slide 11 you'll find a cross-section as below. The "bright pink" potash beds are interbedded or lensed within the "green" halite (salt).
