Well, I assume the SPP will not generate any money at .0072 as the SP is way below the offer,,,thats a no-brainer.

Offer not underwriten so it means we generated no cash..

Options
-Lower the SPP price to .005 and hope for a better result?probably not
-Lower the SPP price and offer free options to those who take up the offer? very possibe
-Hopefully they have seen the writing on the wall the last few weeks, this would have given them time to look for alternative means of finance, I am hoping they have found someone who was happy to take a placement for .006/.007 per share to secure the cash we need? I hope this is what will be achieved...

At the end ofthe day la jolla will want to sell their shares I presume? If we get a placement they will be able to pump the SP short term to potentially get out? Sooner we get some cash and get rid of La jolla the happier I will be...

Oh well,,,I am also pissed at the way things have worked out,,,I am probably being overly optermistic but I do see potential here..
