I feel quite sure that Exco would have tried everything to make sure that they wouldn't run the risk of getting caught with their pants down. Not this time around anyway.
As for the proposed dividends that we are going to receive, I still can't figure out as to why IVA wanted to maximise their return from the ccp sale, considering that IMHO they wouldn't be that short of a quid.
But, I am still very happy whatever the result, because the proposed dividends, will more than cover my entry price and leave me with EXS shares free carried. So whatever will be, will be.
