yeah, I see your point but I guess I see it like this:
- not even a successful vote and a massive tax efficient distribution can get the SP moving these days
- the market doesn't really care about our assets other than cash even when we release great results
- the only thing that will seem to get the SP moving by a decent margin (I am talking 20%+) from here would seem to be a takeover from IVA
- IVA aren't going to take us over before the vote clearly
- the more cash distributed, the more likely a takeover will be post distribution
- if EXS distribute more than 50% of the current value of my investment (which they say they will), i can plough it back into EXS stock and effectively double the takeover premium
so bring it on.
