I would love to be there but no can do - I'm in Sydney.

So Mr Tsang has been a director of the company for a while now and as an "insider" he's had a chance to access all the details of the company's affairs to date. The fact that he still wants to maintain his shareholding at 19.9% by taking up the necessary number of expired option is very reassuring to me.

He's got my vote to resolution 1. The only thing I didn't quite get was why he will be paid a fee; I'm assuming it is something like an underwritting fee.
