I thought a substantual holder had to make an announcement everytime they bought or sold.Am i right or am i wrong can anyone comfirm whether i am right or wrong please?

Form 604 is only required if there is a change of at least 1% in the substantial shareholder's interest.

Having looked back at their notices, I don't think the changes between the last notice and today's notice were reportable. However I do know with all their bots and fancy gadgetry they have copped a big loss.
