Given Christie has just recently resigned does that mean that he only resigned because his term was up and now seeks reelection or did he resign after they drew up the resolutions and therefore that particular resolution is a no vote?
Not very clear and a little bit unprofessional by the company for not making it clear.
I hope their collective mining skills are a little bit better than that! :-)
