Make it look like its being manipulated by keeping the price down - you know, potential accumulation at low prices creating an impression of "its going to burst". This attracts the bigger sharks. Having washed out all the little guys, the move is ready for the real offering - 7 million at or close to yearly highs.
Doesn't it feel like a blow off to you!
Anyway who is going to take over an unproven stock. Remember Sandybeaches, she was probably more right than we care to admit.
