Now ya gone and done it @ris4rob
Some wooly jumpers will be heading for the scrub when one gets back home,,,,

Lamb shank,,,with top mushies toooooooooo,,(and not the plain boring ones either,,,,well done again,,,
and will am home sick and drooling,,
Have not had any for ages,,,
You even gave @makingmoneystill ( who made a very strange post that thought bellonged in "feedback"),perhaps saw your ideas,,he/she promptly went and applied your suggestion, all be it in a lesser way,,but all the same,,they say mimickrey is the best form of flattery in a lil post he/she did in,,Post #: 32838355 to the resident Hotcopper gastronome @watso   .

So one supposes that the future looks good fro the butchers,oh if only could get stats on how
many shanks fly out the door in the next few days......

No2Me,,, get some cheap dried mushies,,( as they are ok with customs as long a declared),and so light.

see if can find any Boletus edulis  , so annoying that they cost so much back home.
and if only they grew there,,somewhere,,, Once was told that in some place in the hills around Adelaide
they could be found, but as with rumors,of such things, often are filled with misdirection by those in the know,
after all,,once folks used to yell about finding a private creek with Au in it,,now a-days the only clue
is unusual tread marks where tread marks should not be, and the odd wiff of camp fire where camp fire should not
be,,,,and as most tend to bring along bacon,is a dead giveaway,a roo smells dif over the coals.

Its like the Viet Cong used to know where the yanks were,by their tooth paste, and tobacco, and chewing gum.
