I'm not sure I agree with their view that investors have 'lost patience'. I would suggest investors don't trust the NTA is accurate for 2 reasons: 1) Are the valuations accurate (aka the Blue Sky curse) and 2) the NTA accounts for all 10 investments being realised which Bailador themselves disproved as being likely last year.
