6 cent fully franked dividend declared in today's full year accounts. Assume that they only pay 4 cents as an interim dividend then yield is still more than 6% at the current price before franking. Not many companies paying that sort of dividend. It should be sustainable too with limited capex on the horizon.
I expect the share price to keep running with next technical stop around $1.80. Tailwinds from dividend investors, shorters covering and those looking for A$ gold exposure.
Medium term if the share price can move past $2.00 I think their will be some sort of move by Regis to merge/takeover one of the WA gold peers. It'd need script hence the importance of the share price.
