If Steve @ Forager is tuning in here - to me it’s still a lot more to play out in the coming months, but the trial commission assets could well turn out to resemble RHG (for whose of us who would remember, including Steve who made a life changing fortune at the time).

To me it’s very much about your risk appetite and margin of safety factoring in the unknowns. I can see why some of us have already or are just about ready to jump in at 21c.

One more factor is with regards to insiders - don’t forget Cohen still has 32m shares - doubt he would sell at this price and under current state of play, but there are also the c-level execs possibly looking to offload if this gets worse.
