and the infrastructure ... once the Port is confirmed and the Wiluna West Spur link is a done deal then there will be nothing holding this back !
the infrastructure hurdle means GWR is restricted from reaching a level of cost effective mass production until the port\railway is available - thats why the boutique production goal is a good idea because once the infrastrucuture is confirmed and being built the company will already have the production experience albeit on a much smaller scale.
