    Well if they were paying in advance of services I as a shareholder would not be happy. Its crazy in my opinion and if they changed it its prudent. I would not be paying my staff in advance. that is just plain stupid. Really think that that is not a realistic expectation as an employee I have never been paid in advance nor would I expect to be.

    So keep on bagging them if you want but often on this forum punters want it both ways - If someone posted - Did you know these guys pay their employees two weeks in advance - it would be a pile bagging the directors for the generous donation of what is two weeks financing for staff members with company funds.

    What you want is for them to keep up all the bad practices of past management and that hasn't worked for the company then. Now that they are effecting change we bag them again.

    If any of my employees wanted to be paid two weeks in advance they would be told to find another job. Certainly I would not do it in an industry that has a high staff turnover anyway.
