    I think you can safely float concerns here if you word them carefully qf8. You just need to avoid statements, and use queries. Emailing Joe is a good idea, I've chatted with him via email several times and can vouch for his legitimacy and honor. He is also capable of asking the right questions carefully to those that need to be asked them. He doesn't buy in $2000 lots.
