I think the increase in the SP today is more to do with the MPH deal becoming more likely.

You're right, they do have lots of things going on, but DES appear to be the kind of company that thrive on juggling many balls in the air at once. They can handle more deals, and I'm sure they will continue to be as active as they have to date. I've only been an investor in them for the past 8 or 9 months, and the flow of announcements seems to be non-stop.

As for the MPH goings on, what a saga! Kind of fun to watch (as long as there is a happy ending).
