Thanks again Dugsab. Again, without defending anyone, it should also be known that after the Ewamian People countered that offer, after September 2016, they did not receive LNY's latest offer until November 2017, which, is the subject of current negotiations.
LNY and the Ewamian People have been on excellent terms for many years and, as recently as January 2014, no objection was raised for LNY when a 5,472 tonne Metallurgical Sample was mined, hauled and toll-treated through a CIL processing plant at Georgetown.
And, as we know, the actual owners have already signed an agreement approving the proposed mining.
The "hiccup" appears to have occurred between September 2016 and November 2017, with the likelihood that that might have been "problems" with the EOPL deal, but, from what we have ascertained, there are no "obstacles" just formalities and it's anyone's guess how and when they will be resolved.
But, I've always been prepared to say that it is not an "if" but a "when". People should draw their own conclusions, but, for mine, 30 April or 1 May will be LNY's next "obstacle" that they must clear to shareholders' satisfaction.
