Hi Vancamm,

LNY first started negotiations with the Ewamian People in Sept 2016.

An offer from LNY was tabled at that time. The Ewamian People countered a short time later, and that’s where negotiations sat until recently.

The deal is not complex, very simple in fact.

No Mill on-site, no environmental approvals required, high grade near surface mining only. More or less quarrying (not mining).

LNY and the Ewamian People are on excellent term, and communicate well amongst each other. The Ewamian People are very fond of Scott Hall.....Hallie they call him.

It’s taking its time, I agree, but progress is being made...slowly!
