Vancamm. They certainly don't have any control over native title, but, let's not get too pessimistic about it going through.
It's in the hands of the TO's lawyer in the NQLC, so, they are on the right path and I've been assured that the TOs don't have any sacred site or conservation issues. Just have to go through the process of mutual agreement.
