I believe this is a good move.Agree, it should be a good cash cow. With no extra increase in reserves it will be a money back situation. However either successful drilling or an incresae in POO will have this looking like a good investment. cash flow is nearly essential if different sources of finance need to be tapped in the future.

From comments made on BUY thread KN1 is not easy. I would guess that the commercialisation process has not gone to the JV's plan and the Tanzanian regulatory environment and conditions of sale of KN1gas have been harsh on JV. They are probably looking at Songo Songo and expecting the same issues. Although Tanzania drilling has been successful the commercialisation has been very challenging.
