I agree and think you are right. That is why director put money into small project,that help them to survive because WSS project might not happen. As my above post "a small co with limit money should put all resources to fast track BIG project. To divide limit resources into many small pieces at the same time is not a best strategy. More expenses on new /small one and leave big project in idle is not a smart move".

I dont think market will ever sit up for a small project and that sp will slowly drip much further in the near future. Chart is still too high, it needs more retracement.
