furthermore,, if Tz commercialisation is full of snags (corrupt officialdom) then would it not make sense to just shore up the Tz resources and then offload them ,,, essentially circumnavigating the Tz Govt. Then concentrate theproceeds elsewhere,, Italy/Iraq ???
