Nana, the share price is not over 30¢ because this is not yet a done deal. There are regulatory approvals and due dilligence to come. Also, I am sure analysts have yet to run the ruler over the purchase and what, if any, impact this has on their other prospects. IMO this more reflects the slow wheels of government in Italy meaning cash not being needed any time soon for drilling Borsano.
Further drilling in Tz had already been pushed back to 2010.
The 4th quarter cashflow and activities report should make for interesting reading.
