Interesting view you have. 2 years ago I might have agreed with you but the world has changed. We have just gone through a financial meltdown which has changed everything and we are still in the worst global recession in 70 years. What a company could do in the past is now obsolete IMO.

With regard to today's announcement, I guess it all depends whether you are in it for a quick gain or if you want an investment for the future. The management team at KEY have a strategy that will ensure shareholder growth for the future. As an investor, I don’t care what the sp does today or tomorrow, or even in 3 months times providing they are laying a foundation for future growth. Today's announcement is just one more step to achieve this and should come as no surprise to anyone. We were told by KEY back in Nov 08 what their strategy going forward would be.

Just imagine in 12 months time the options KEY will have,....Tanzania, Italy, and now UK, ......boy these guys are smart, and worth every cent of their salary imo. IMO, I would not worry about where funds will come from if the seismic results are as expected,......they will be lining up in their droves to get a piece of the action.

Just my view.
