I'm surprised at how much they want to pay Thunderbird to take this earn in right off their hands as i doubt Thunderbird would ever have spent the required exploration $ to actually get the 70% earn in.

A total of 440 million shares/options combined if they ever get a 1 million ounce resource estimate seems a bit over kill considering GLA have to sole fund $6.5 million in exploration also.

I've seen better prospective leases exchanged for a lot less that's for sure.

Prime real estate always comes at a price... 440m shares or options or whatever... is a pittance for that drill ready holding, and as for the 6.5m on exploration.. well, we will need to spend that anyway... "AND THEN SOME" to get this to where it needs to be.. DYOR and as always... GLTAH
