On the good news front, I have a mate who travelled at his own expense from Tasmania to Kupang last week to see what tangible assets and prospects his quite a few million shares were invested in. His report back is there are foundations in position for 2 or more of the planned 8 smelters, a Timorese team of staff are in South Africa being trained to operate them when delivered on site and installed in a few weeks. When operating the daily rupiah turn over will be excellent and there is plenty going on. The additional recent investment is a real positive, the staff from offshore, engineers and the like (some very experienced), are not troubled about where their next pay is coming from and there is plenty of available ore to keep the plant going once on the blocks, with a start time for production predicted for July/August 2018. He was sufficiently impressed and confident to up his investment when he got back and has planned for a return trip for the official opening. He does not have dollars to waste and sees real improvement in the share price coming. His view is the down rampers dont know, not having visited and happy to poke away from afar.
