Seems that some smart investors are bailing.
1) No DSO
2) Most likely not enough in the bank to pay to ship the old furnaces
3) The old furnaces most likely costing more to upgrade than originally thought, otherwise would be in Indonesia already.
4) Some investors might actually be smart enough to work out that the high power costs aren't going to help the project.
5) The amount of dilution necessary to get the project operational.
