For those holders of CST, I can assure you it is not a case of "if" they get appro. from the Japanese authorities, just a case of "when"
With over 10 years of face-to-face dealings with various Japanese ministry's it is my opinion that CST would have been subtly "told" long before now if they were not going to get approval.
If you re-read their CST shareholder newsletter, it says much the same thing. It talks of the timing the approval will be received - not when a "decision" will be received.
As such, does this mean the fact they will receive approval is already built into the CST price? I don't think so, just a few nervous holders wanting to take a quick profit.
