    I might be a little naive but I would have thought the responsibility bestowed on PTN directors might be to get the SP back in the ball-park of where they entered the market (ie, $1+). Must agree with you PortfolioPlus, on face value this recent announcement doesn't seem to be a positive step in that direction.
