TBRs share price has been trading at asset value for a long time.
these companies do not trade in rational sense for a variety of reasons.
TBR/RND are a riddle wrapped in a mystery inside an enigma.
look at old posts from years ago and they were asking why these
companies werent worth more.
Tapeta is important because a lot of holders of TBR also hold rnd and
would not at all be happy about been diluted out of existence and have
the new masters of RND having a toehold in TBR.
