Transversal, you make some good points re relative valuation. I think TBR is the better bet at these prices. One problem though is that the management is similar. If they were contemplating a massively dilutive deal for RND, it is quite possible one will come ut of left field for TBR as well.
One hope is that NST will take both companies out at a premium but not sure that they would accept even a generous offer.
