    Thanks for that RETIRE1 - but I'm sure you won't be offended if I don't hold my breath....

    Looking forward to an annouccement soon stating either or both:

    1. Settlement with D&C reached. SRK comes off relatively unscathed.
    2. New JV partner for Bereau found and signed up.

    Fingers crossed - this stock needs a catalyst - NOW!
