Carnegie have been in this game long enough to realise that the things above are true. They're being watched by people who will use them being awful as ammunition to attack them, the government and the industry in general, and yet... they're still being awful. If all they had to do to meet this first "milestone" was show their supply chain I don't understand the problem. Wasn't it December 2016 (and then again in mid 2017) that they said they had already begun "procurement of long-lead items" for Ceto 6? Some of us remember the words they say.
