Posts were fact, QFX does have a overhanding preference shares liability payable to Nine for 10m, Langsford never updated the market after the NZ tv free to air deal fell through.
QFX liabilties including Nine shares far exceed assets including subscribing customer base,application platforms and a worn DVD library of old movies.
Why I state value is $1 to anyone who wants to buy it.
