"why would they just delist the company when it is still alive and kicking?"
That's the problem its only alive and kicking today due to the endless CRs, company has surivived from one CR to the next on investor equity having never returned a single dollar in return. There should be more regulation and industry standards on the ASX for any penny stock to remain listed not just QFX especially those which are technically insolvent. and never made a profit.
"I actually dont think the market is big enough for 3 players.. Stan Presto QFX will be combined in the future imo. Will be interesting to see who gobbles QFX first. "
No company will gobble up QFX even if they could due to the preference shares for one, no one is going to buy them out when they have to pay out 10m in prefence shares for a company with a MC of well under 5m and actual real value of no more than a diollar given the amount liabilities exceed assets and the history of never making a profit.
