A good question, but not sure there are any 'senior debt holders' in this case. According to the accounts there clearly are (presumably) trade creditors which outweigh current assets by millions, but other debt? Hence speculation as to how much of those current liabilities have been 'kicked down the road' by the latest announcement - until we see some more accounts I don't think we'll know.
