They are dead Joel have been for years and especially for investors, MC and subsequently investors equity in the company has been decimated especially over the past 24 months.

They don't have the capital to pay 5m to SVOD licensing so have negotiated a debt for equity deal which means more future dilution for investors.

As I said Preto partnership or not their own SVOD streaming play are obviously over. All they have left of their own is unprofitable Post DVD and PPV.
