MC has been massively diluted to 2m the SP is 1/10th of a cent, even La Jolla can't play their convertible shares game with this one unless they did a consolidation first.

Company last attempts to raise capital on market to investors was a complete failure, they raised a fraction of the 5m they planned for subsequently they ended up having to pass the hat around actual customers for some change.

Last CR to sophisticated was another failure raised only 750k for added dilution to investors of almost 1.5b more shares.

If they above doesn't tell you they can no longer raise capital I'm not sure what else would other then actual suspension and delisting.
