September report - paying customers declined 3.8%
- Solid growth expected in next two quarters seasonally the strongest for Quickflix

December quarter - paying customers down 0.9%
March quarter - paying customers up 6% (that is, back to June 2014 levels, but revenue didn't increase from Dec qtr).

Sept, Dec and Mar qtrs revenues all down 4% from June.

So for two of the last three qrtlies, word it any way you want, paying customers have declined. Revenues have fallen from a year ago. Any continued onslaught of negativity is justified.
