If an organisation has current liabilities exceeding current assets, the auditors will qualify the accounts (as they have many times with QFX) and rely on directors/management assurance that there's a way forward....let's face it......would you lend your money to SL to keep this going? If so, why can't we see new substantial shareholders appearing?
