Are you mis-quoting Hambro....Should it be "POG at $5000 and SILVER at $100" not $1000. In my time on this planet I've never heard of/seen the GOLDSILVER Ratio at 5:1. 50:1 I would accept as near there seems to be close to the lows over the past 25years(as a side we are currently at 40:1 but even with the spike April's POG/POS highs the ration came in at ~30:1...still a long way from 5:1).

However, there have been some occasional (good)runs in ARD that have //ed that of the POG moves, for example July05 to June 06 ARD ran a whopping 1100%max when POG ran ~50%; again in June07 to May08 ARD ran 167% with POG moving nearly another 50%; and even just last AUG.10 to OCT.10 ARD ran 80% on the back of POG's 20% run. HOWEVER, thats when the "s..t" hit the fan, as from that point on ARD's share price has been slammed by 50%, yep halved, whilst the POG has continued on its merry way for another 20% since OCT.10......Yep, you are right, FLOOGIE!

So you've gotta wonder what the hell has been the difference, especially since last OCT.10...no wonder faithful long-term holders have been left to scatch their heads(or maybe it was that of the "DOG" that Mozart was referring to...{in summary it(ARD) has all the characteristics of a "dog" .. with fleas.})
