I wouldn't hold your breath on it relising and getting any cash back
I think the best option we have going at the moment is whether Pitcher can have the crap sued out of them for signing off on dodgy accounts.
I am dearly hoping they get nailed to the wall, these guys have been taking the fees for too long with no accountability
