And the Board was derelict as well. It is littered with academic types who may be able to function in a university setting but have been exposed as time servers and preeners first and business people last - and they are still there. The ex-Chairman of the Board is well into his 70s and should have been put out to pasture years ago. It was an ineffective board that didn't see how bad things had become. They should ALL hang their heads in shame.
And let's hope the new CEO knows which of the senior staff are worth their pay packet and which are a waste of money.
