Ah, OK $4. But I still think the bank are being unusually supportive (like jdiesel I'm not a big fan of banks' ways of dealing with small businesses). Perhaps CCU have managed to save a bit in December, and have shown they can make a part payment by Jan 31st?
Otherwise, if it goes into administration, the bank will probably lose all.
