When Norton get this takeover completed they can then concentrate on the acquisition of the Australian assets of Barrick or Alacer. They have Chinese money behind them in Zijin. This is a company that is growing. The Norton MD used be a Barrick Manager.

Norton has exceeded production guidance for the FIRST HALF of 2013. Guidance was 76,000 ounces, but they actually produced 85,517 ounces.

Norton will be a rapidly growing gold company in the next two years if they also pick up some of the Barrick or Alacer projects.
