Captain what you are saying is pretty right about the rain and about the herd and about everything but there is a few points to note PT 1 that the properties of aa company were never in really really bad drought when they used that as an excuse for poor performance 2 the chairman is not known for having a brilliant track record 3 the value adding has not been value accretetive to shareholders and also you have the controlling shareholder helping to hold the thing down whilst creeping up the register
