Agreed, probably a Tesla win again. Don't forget there is a celebrity factor to be considered. Why work with John Davidson or Mark Ottaviano when you can work with Elon Musk.

Tesla has an agenda to be one of the worlds richest carmakers / companies. So they will do whatever they need to do to win work. They are Shiney and look good and so far they've backed that up. They just need to manage their growth! Until chinks appear in their armour and they fall from grace it will be very hard for other less Shiney companies to win! Think of this, you buy a home battery - are you gonna go with a smart looking Tesla Powerwall or go with an EMC Bambino (closest similar product)?

CCE need to be talking to musk about buying into CCE, imagine the share price, it would go higher than a falcon 9 rocket! Imagine further that Tesla bought them out and you would have cetos installed all over the place in no time at all!
