    Unless Vimson has been selling their placement shares on the market (unlikely), then the placement itself did not bring the sp down. That only happens when placements are done to "sophisticated investors" who are usually very short term traders and most will sell their stock down to the placement price if necessary for quick profit and to recover the cash for the next deal. What has driven the price down is investors perceptions over why the placement was done and investors negative views over management - I'm not arguing whether or not those views are right or wrong. I haven't experienced the delays and frustrations that long term investors have experienced. However since I have bought, I have thought that progress has been quite good. If that changes, I will sell. This is not a large holding for me but I might add one day if I see more positive developments that de-risk this further.
