Thanks Mega. Merchant is hard to finance, not impossible but certainly a challenge, especially with a reduced LGC value. The rate of movement on LGC's has caught many by surprise. Anything into Western Power network is an issue with current "poles and wire" costs. As a side, if I were those local inhabitants, I would be very pissed off as well. This will ruin many people's outlook. I acknowledge the Shire has addressed, however I think this may have some way to run yet.
