Saddam did have weapons of mass destruction.  Many ISIS fighters were officers in Saddam's army and knew the locations of buried poisonous gas dumps  They dug up the gas and used it regularly against the Kurdish Peshmerga.  Sometimes it was too degraded to work and t at other times is was lethal.

Secondly, many posters here are failing to distinguish between communism and an all powerful monarchy which the Kim family has become.  NK is controlled by a ruthless monarchy.
